SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders shipped in South Africa have a very variable rate due to fluctuating fuel prices and other factors, and our courier/shipping costs are based on the finished weight of your duvets purchased. Our delivery times will vary depending on stock availability and manufacturing lead times. Our duvets are made to order, and will usually take 4-6 weeks to receive. While this may seem a long time, the wait will be worth it.
We can ship Internationally. All shipping and handling costs will be quoted for separately.
PRIVACY & SECURITY
When you register or place an order with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. We will only use your telephone number if we need to contact you if there is a problem with your order or to organise delivery. All this is necessary to process your request or order and will not be given out to any 3rd parties. If for any reason, you are unsure about the personal and account information we are holding in your name, please contact our customer service team. They will happily review your file and update the records if required. You can contact our customer service team by email.
RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase due to manufacturing or product faults, please return it to us within 14 days in its original condition for a replacement. Shipping costs won’t be refunded unless there is a product or manufacturing problem. We don’t refund for buyer’s remorse.
